1. Download the VIE621XNDH.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the VIE621XNDH.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "VIA® AC'97 Audio Controller Driver - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next.
   Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE:   If an "Information" box appears prompting you to reboot to verify the system model, click OK. After system reboots, please continue with step 4 above.
4. At the "Welcome" screen, click Next.
5. At the "Select Components" screen, select "Install Driver" and click Next.
6. At the "Setup Complete" screen, click Finish.
7. Restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the VIA® AC'97 Audio Controller Driver is complete.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
