1. Download the ST-E37820C02FK.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the ST-E37820C02FK.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "SigmaTel® C-Major™ Audio Device Driver - InstallShield Wizard" screen, click Next.
4. At the "Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for C-Major Audio" screen, click Next.
5. At the "Release Notes" screen, click Next.
6. At the "Choose Destination Location" screen, click Next.
7. At the "Select Components" screen, click Next.
8. At the "Start Copying Files" screen, click Next.
9. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, click Finish.
10. At the second "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." and click Finish to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the SigmaTel C-Major™ Audio Device Driver is complete.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
