1. Download the SOZ170XDFK.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOZ170XDFK.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "SONY® Giga Pocket 4.6 Update Program 05170- InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next.
4. At the "Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for Giga Pocket Update Program" screen, click Next.
5. At the "Information" box , click Next.
6. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, click Finish.
7. Click the "Start" button on the Taskbar, click "Turn Off Computer", then click "Restart" to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the SONY® Giga Pocket 4.6 Update Program is complete.

• Invalid Page Fault occurs when the "Clie Converter" converts an MPEG1 Video Capsule into gMovie format while Giga Pocket is recording.
• Invalid Page Fault occurs when the computer resumes from standby while Giga Pocket is running and Closed Captioning is displayed.
• Auto-SAP does not work.
• Audio mixing does not work correctly.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
