1. Download the SOQ301XDKH.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOQ301XDKH.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Giga Pocket Simple DVDMaker - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next.
   Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically. The Giga Pocket Timer Recording Manager will be closed prior to the Giga Pocket Simple DVDMaker installation.
   NOTE:  If a "Software Status" box appears prompting you to continue the installation, click OK.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, verify "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" is selected and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Giga Pocket™ Simple DVDMaker application is complete.

• To install correctly, this utility requires the Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system and the Sony Giga Pocket™ application to be installed.
• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
