1. Download the SOO097KNDK.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SOO097KNDK.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Sony® MOTION EYE® Video Capture Driver - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE: If an "Information" box appears prompting you to reboot to verify the system model, click OK. After the computer restarts, please continue with step 5 above.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, verify that "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." is selected and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Sony® MOTION EYE® Video Capture Driver is complete.

• Before installing this utility, you must first install the following Core Driver components in the order listed below:
  
  
  1. Sony Notebook Control Device Utility
  2. Sony Programmable I/O Control Device
  3. Sony Utility Dynamic Link Library
  4. Sony Shared Library
  5. Sony UI Library
  6. Graphics Controller Driver
  7. Audio Device Driver
  
  If you have already installed these components on the computer (for another Microsoft® Windows® 2000 software update), it is not necessary to reinstall them.
• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
