1. Download the SON090KNA4.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SON090KNA4.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "SONY® PCI Memory Stick Controller Driver - InstallShield Wizard" click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE: If an "Information" screen appears, click OK.
   NOTE: For Windows® 2000 Clean Install systems only: The system will automatically to confirm the system model. After the computer restarts, please continue with step 6.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" is selected and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the SONY® PCI Memory Stick™ Controller Driver Utility is complete.

• For Windows 2000 Upgrade systems only: Before installing Windows 2000 Professional or this update, please be sure to read Installing the Microsoft® Windows® 2000 Operating System. Most of Sony's Windows 2000 software updates require you to install Windows 2000 Professional in C:WINNT. If Windows 2000 is not installed in this location, these updates will not install correctly.
