1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
2. Download the SODBLT-00788300-US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the SODBLT-00788300-US.EXE file to begin the installation.
4. At the "Sony® VAIO USB Bluetooth Adapter Registry Patch for Microsoft® Windows® XP" screen, click "Next".
5. At the "License Agreement" dialog box, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree".
6. At the "Finished" screen, click "Finish".
7. At the "Install" screen, click "OK" to restart the computer.

• This update requires that you have installed the Microsoft® Windows® XP Service Pack 2.
• Before installing this update, please ensure that the "Wireless" switch is in the "On" position.
