1. Download the SO-P61200801BD04US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double click the SO-P61200801BD04US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Keyboard Closure Setup Utility for Microsoft Windows XP" box, click "Next".
4. At the "License Agreement" box, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree".
   NOTE: Several setup boxes will briefly appear as the files are extracted and the computer model is identified, the boxes will close automatically.
5. At the "Finished" box, click "Finish".
6. At the "Install" box, click "OK" to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the SONY® Keyboard Closure Utility is completed.

1. Click the Start button, and then click Control Panel.
2. In the Control Panel window, double-click the Appearance and Themes icon.
3. In the Appearance and Themes window, under "Pick a Control Panel icon", double click the Display icon.
4. In the "Display Properties" window, click the Settings tab.
5. On the Settings tab, click and drag the Screen resolution slider to the 1280 x 768 resolution, then click the OK button.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
