1. Download the NET4032K.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the NET4032K.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Intel 8255x-based PCI Ethernet Driver 4.03 - InstallShield Wizard" click Next. Several setup boxes may briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE: If a "Confirm File Deletion" box appears, you have already installed this update. Click OK to remove the existing installation files and then repeat steps 4-6 to reinstall the update.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" is selected and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Intel 8255x-based PCI Ethernet Adapter Driver is complete.
