Download & Install Guide:
- Download the NEOMAGIC.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).

- At the "NeoMagic MagicMedia 256V Video Driver Upgrade - Welcome" box, click Continue.

- At the "Setup Complete" screen, verify that "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" is selected and click Finish.

Uninstall Instructions
If it is necessary to install the NeoMagic MagicMedia 256AV Video Drivers again, you will need to first remove the NEOMAGIC.EXE installation files. To do so, follow these steps:
- Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel.
- At the "Control Panel" window, double-click the Add/Remove Programs icon.
- At the "Add/Remove Programs" window, click the "Neomagic Video Driver" entry to highlight it.
- Click the Change/Remove button.
- At the "Welcome" screen, click "Remove" and then click Next.
- At the "Confirm File Deletion" window, click OK to remove all of its components.
NOTE: If a "ReadOnly File Detected" message box appears, click the box next to "Don't display this message again" to check it and then click Yes. - At the "Maintenance Complete" screen, click Finish.
