1. Download the MS12W2K.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the MS12W2K.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Sony Memory Stick Driver Utility - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE: If a "Confirm File Deletion" box appears, you have already installed this update. Click OK to remove the existing installation files and then repeat steps 4-6 to reinstall the update.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" and click Finish. As the computer restarts, the Sony Memory Stick hardware will be redetected and the drivers will be installed.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Sony Memory Stick Driver is complete.

Uninstall Instructions

If it is necessary to reinstall the Sony Memory Stick Driver, you will need to first remove the MS12W2K.EXE installation files. To do so, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the directory where the MS12W2K.EXE file was downloaded and double-click it.
2. At the "Sony Memory Stick Driver Utility - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
3. At the "Confirm File Deletion" box, click OK to remove all of its components.
4. At the "ReadOnly File Detected" box, check the "Don't display this message again" box and click Yes. Please wait as the installation files are removed. The uninstallation process is complete. You may redownload and reinstall the MS12W2K.EXE file
