1. Download the IN-G54000802FD.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the IN-G54000802FD.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Intel Chipsets Driver For Windows XP - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, click Finish to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation of the Intel® South Bridge and North Bridge Chipset INF Drivers is complete.
