1. Download the CO-C74100802KS03US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the AI-A20031801LR03US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the CO-C74100802KS03US.EXE file to begin the installation.

   Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.

4. At the "CTX AC-Link (ALI) Modem Driver for Microsoft Windows XP" screen, click Next.
5. At the "Finish" box, click Finish.

The installation of the CXT AC-Link (ALI) Modem Driver is complete.

• The system response becomes slow after resuming from hibernation mode if the modem was being used while the computer was powered by the battery.
• The modem cannot dial if it is not connected to a phone line.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
