1. Download the CO-C74100802AO04US.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double click the CO-C74100802AO04US.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "CXT AC-Link Modem for Intel Driver for Microsoft® Windows® XP", click Next.
4. At the "License Agreement" box, read the agreement, then, if you agree, click "I Agree".
5. At the "Finish" screen, click Finish.

The installation of the CXT AC-Link Modem for Intel® driver is complete.

This utility will install the originally shipped version of the CXT AC-Link Modem for Intel® driver for the Microsoft® Windows® XP operating system.

• During the installation of this update, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
