1. Download the C3522SXP.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the C3522SXP.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. At the "Conexant-Ambit® SoftK56 Data/Fax Modem Driver - InstallShield Wizard" box, click Next. Several setup boxes will briefly appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically.
   NOTE: If an "Information" box appears prompting you to reboot to verify the system model, click OK. After the computer restarts, please continue with step 5 above.
4. At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." and click Finish to restart the computer.

After the computer restarts, the installation fo the Conexant-Ambit® SoftK56 Data/Fax Modem Driver is complete.
