1. Download the ATI_2545.EXE file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
2. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the ATI_2545.EXE file to begin the installation.
3. On the first screen, click Next. The update files will be copied to the default directory C:WindowsTempATiUpgrade. You can either continue with the default directory (recommended) or choose to copy the update files to a different directory. (Note: Please document this directory for reference.)
4. Click Finish to copy the files to the chosen directory.
5. At the "Copying Completed!" message, click OK.
6. At the "Welcome" window, click Next.
7. Click Yes to accept the Software License Agreement.
8. Select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now." and click Finish.

After the computer restarts, the ATI DeskTop Help screen will appear, which will help familiarize you with the enhanced features of the new ATI display driver.
NOTE: Some enhanced features are not available with an LCD monitor. Please refer to the ATI DeskTop Help for more information.

This file will upgrade your system with certified ATI video drivers, Version 4.11.2545 for the Microsoft® Windows® 98 Operating System.

• When adjusting monitor settings in the Adjustment page of the Display Properties sheet, the monitor may become unreadable. If this occurs, press the ESC key to return to the previous monitor settings.
• To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
• It is highly recommended to print out these instructions as a reference during the installation process.
